This is a fun salad that my mom and I created over Thanksgiving. We had some ingredients, so we decided to create! We wanted to use whole foods and keep them in their natural state!
This dish will work on your senses! It is sweet (apples), tart (lemon juice) crunchy (celery) and soft (blueberries).
Ingredients
- 2 apples, diced (we used fuji)
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 1 pint of blueberries
- juice of one lemon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors come together.
- Enjoy!

I love celery and it just doesn’t get used as much as it should at my house! I was so happy to incorporate it! Simple ingredients, simply yummy!
