Can you believe that it is Back-To-School season? I can’t either! With that, we are working hard to come up with some creative ideas for our gluten-free lunch boxes.
I don’t know about your kids, but my kids need new and exciting things to keep them interested in their lunch boxes and after school snacks.
Not only are these Chocolate Chip Protein Bites gluten-free but they are allergy-friendly. They are also packed with some protein.
I have used these for lunches and snacks but they would be great for an on-the-go breakfast as well. 🙂
The BEST part of these Chocolate Chip Protein Bites is the chocolate chips, so says my children. 🙂 And well…I would agree!
For the chocolate chips I used Pascha Organic Dark Chocolate Chips! You know the ones, they are a favorite about this house!
Pascha products are free from so many common allergens.
Don’t expect to find these ingredients on the label:
- tree nuts
- legumes (including peas)
Because their products are free from so many allergens, there are so many people that can enjoy them! I have enjoyed each and every product from Pascha and so does my family.
For this Chocolate Chip Protein Bites recipe I used the 85% Cacao chips from Pascha. Typically, I eat these straight from the bag!
These chips are MY fav! My kids however, love the 55% BUT mixed in with all these other goodies! They are quite happy with the 85%!

Let’s get to this recipe!
- 1 c chocolate flavored vegan protein
- 2 c gluten-free old fashioned oats
- ½ c dairy free chocolate chip
- ½ c shelled pumpkin seeds
- ½ c dried cranberries
- 1 c flaxmilk
- ½ c creamy Sunflower spread
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and gently mix!
- Roll into 1 inch balls and store in the fridge!
- ENJOY as an on-the-go breakfast, lunch box treat or snack!
