Fresh vs. Frozen Vegetables: Are we giving up nutrition for convenience?

I wanted to pass this link along to an article that discusses fresh vs frozen veggies!  It discusses that frozen veggies are first blanched or steamed to get rid of bacteria before freezing, however this process takes away some of the vitamins.  But, when you cook fresh veggies you are taking away some of the vitamins as well. 

The articles goes on to say when in season but fresh, when not in season buy frozen….what do you think?
