Welcome to Gluten Free Fridays Recipe Link up!  We are happy to have you! Last week we had 120 recipes!  That is amazing! Thank you so much for making it a HUGE success!

Your hosts are:  Cindy at Vegetarian Mamma,  Lacy at Gluten Free R.D. and Meg at Eat.Live.Make   We are pairing together to bring a “Gluten Free Fridays” link up party every Friday.

We’d love for you all to link up some gluten free recipes (or gluten free advice/products etc.) you’ve created for all of us to try out. It can be an old or new recipe, you pick! Recipes for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans are all welcome! You most definitely do not have to be a gluten free blogger, nor do you have to be a foodie blogger. We invite everyone to participate!
Rules and Guidelines:

  1. Recipe can be old or new but must be GLUTEN FREE.
  2. Recipes can be for meat lovers, vegan, vegetarian or allergy free!  All are welcome!
  3. Limit of 3 entries per blogger per week.
  4. Please link your post back to this site, so your readers know where to find more awesome recipes in the link up!  (
  5. Leave a comment about your recipe after linking up! We’d love to hear why your recipe is SO awesome!
  6. Please make sure you are following me on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest!  Its not required, but I’d love to connect with you! I’ll follow back, just let me know you followed me!

Disclaimer: By linking up to Gluten Free Fridays, you guarantee that the pictures and posts are your own and not that of someone else.  You also agree to give permission to all hostesses (Meghan,Cindy and Lacy) to make use of your pictures and posts on our own Gluten Free Friday posts, as well as giving us permission to re-post them on social media outlets like Pinterest, Twitter and/or Facebook. Thanks for hosting this linky! What a great idea. :)

I make frozen dipped bananas often during the summer months since they’re easy and delicious. The chocolate tart was an experiment, and I’m very pleased with the results. The chocolate coconut cupcakes were also a hit, despite some issues with them wanting to stick in the pan.

    • Cindy says:

You are so welcome! I love frozen dipped bananas! YUMMO! I also also cupcakes, I need to experiment more with coconut! So excited!

Thanks so much for inviting me to join in this party! I posted my recipe for gluten-free Chili with Corn & Black Bean Salsa — the best part: It’s served four ways! So you can make a big batch at the beginning of the week and then have a few different ways to enjoy this versatile dish. It’s a huge hit with my family, especially around football season — great for tailgating!

    • Cindy says:

I love how you can twist the dish around and eat on it all week! That is my kind of dish, LOVE IT

      • Blair says:

Thanks, Cindy! And thanks for hosting this — I love seeing everyone’s recipes. I also posted my gluten- and dairy-free banana muffins. I usually find that allergy friendly baked goods have a not-quite-right texture or they require really exotic ingredients. My secret for a great taste/texture is the balance of oat and almond flour.

  35. Angela Muse says:

Today we are sharing some of our latest yummy baked goods Chocolate Strawberry Cupcakes, Bacon Cheddar Biscuits and Black Forest Cake. They are all delicious. Happy Baking!
