I make frozen dipped bananas often during the summer months since they’re easy and delicious. The chocolate tart was an experiment, and I’m very pleased with the results. The chocolate coconut cupcakes were also a hit, despite some issues with them wanting to stick in the pan.

Thanks so much for inviting me to join in this party! I posted my recipe for gluten-free Chili with Corn & Black Bean Salsa — the best part: It’s served four ways! So you can make a big batch at the beginning of the week and then have a few different ways to enjoy this versatile dish. It’s a huge hit with my family, especially around football season — great for tailgating!

I love how you can twist the dish around and eat on it all week! That is my kind of dish, LOVE IT
Thanks, Cindy! And thanks for hosting this — I love seeing everyone’s recipes. I also posted my gluten- and dairy-free banana muffins. I usually find that allergy friendly baked goods have a not-quite-right texture or they require really exotic ingredients. My secret for a great taste/texture is the balance of oat and almond flour.
