  21. Hi Cindy,

Wow, sooo many gluten free recipes linked up. I can tell I’m going to be here for awhile :)

This week I’m sharing two recipes –  Crustless Quinoa Veggie Pie, an egg based dish that comes together quickly and can be eaten with any meal of the day. Plus Homemade Coconut Granola & Recipe Roundup.  Made with gluten free oats, a fat-free, sugar-free granola that is kid approved, my grandson loves it.

    Have a good weekend!

  23. Hi Cindy! I’m excited to share my Cranberry Orange GF muffins, ala the Dunkin’ Donuts version my husband misses so much. He is a tough critic and says they taste just like his old favorite. If anyone doesn’t like cranberries – like my celiac preschooler – they can sub in chocolate chips! It actually comes out just as tasty :) Thanks again for including me in this awesome link up.
