Welcome to Gluten Free Fridays Recipe Link up! We are happy to have you! Last week we had 101 recipes! That is amazing! Thank you so much for making it a HUGE success!

This week I’m sharing two recipes – Crustless Quinoa Veggie Pie, an egg based dish that comes together quickly and can be eaten with any meal of the day. Plus Homemade Coconut Granola & Recipe Roundup. Made with gluten free oats, a fat-free, sugar-free granola that is kid approved, my grandson loves it.

Hi Cindy! I’m excited to share my Cranberry Orange GF muffins, ala the Dunkin’ Donuts version my husband misses so much. He is a tough critic and says they taste just like his old favorite. If anyone doesn’t like cranberries – like my celiac preschooler – they can sub in chocolate chips! It actually comes out just as tasty
