I {love} everything you are doing Cindy! Sorry I haven’t been linking up, I really want to, but I don’t have anything Gluten free to link up
BUT…I made something super duper yummy (totally gluten, egg, milk, nut free) tonight & hopefully I will be able to join the party next week! Just wanted to stop over & tell ya, I didn’t forget about ya, I just haven’t made anything Gluten Free. We all eat Gluten in our house so it’s finding the time to try new stuff without Gluten that is time challenging for me. But I’m working on it, slowly but surely

Two weeks ago my sissy was staying with me, she is vegan and gluten free. As my guys are big meat eaters, dinner were a challenge that I gladly stepped up for! Try this salad. It is really good. I was never a big fan of kale but I love this salad and I like it in my green smoothies. Hope you enjoy it!
