Hi Cindy, thanks for hosting! For some reason the title of my post isn’t showing up with my submission (#15). Can you add it? It should read “Sugar” & Spice Dip & Tea. Thank you!
This week I shared my recipe for a wonderful sugar-free fruit/graham cracker dip AND a creamer for your tea or coffee!

Got it fixed, sorry for the delay I have been enjoying the family this weekend
Your recipes sound awesome, especially for a rainy day like today!
I linked up 3 recipes this week:
1. Fruit Smoothies (Soy, Fish, Wheat, Nut, Egg and Milk-Free). Super easy and delicious, and oh so allergy-friendly!
2. Garlic Mahed Potatoes (Fish, Egg, Nut, Wheat and Soy-Free). This is a family fave, and also easy and very allergy-friendly.
3. Peppermint Bark (Fish, Egg, Wheat and Nut-Free, Can Be Soy-Free). This is my personal favorite candy of all time. It’s also a big hit during the holidays.
Thanks for hosting, Cindy!
Always a pleasure to be a part of GFF!

I’m a newbie over here (hi!), and I’m sharing my favorite way to stay out of the coffee shops this holiday season. Spiced Cranberry Apple Cider is a great treat made with only real ingredients and safe for special diets like GAPS and those with food allergies. Best part, no added sweeteners needed!
