  1. Doing the early linking up again this week. :) Thanks so much for hosting!

    I linked up three recipes:

    1. No-Bake Cookies (Fish, Soy, Egg and Wheat-Free). These are a family fave.

    2. Lemon Squares (Soy, Fish and Nut-Free, Can Be Wheat and Milk-Free). These are a highly requested treat for family get-togethers (my brother-in-law adores them).

    3. Orange Cranberry Muffins (Soy, Fish and Nut-Free, Can Be Egg, Wheat and Milk-Free). These are my new favorite!

Looking forward to being a part of the fun again next week, too! :)

  2. Thanks for hosting mama!

After all the sugar and sweets from Halloween, most of us are ready to get back to real food that heals our bodies and nourishes our family.

I’m sharing my real food chili recipe. It’s my favorite recipe to get people started on real food and hubby’s hands-down-favorite meal.
