I’m sharing How To Make Roasted Pumpkin Purée, Handcrafted Chai Spice Mix and Roasted Pumpkin Chai Smoothie. Pumpkin puree is easy to make and it’s sooo good for you! I’m loving pumpkin and chai spices in my morning smoothies.

I linked up 2 recipes this week:
1. Pumpkin Smoothies (Soy, Fish, Nut, Egg and Wheat-Free, Can Be Milk-Free and Diabetic Friendly). These are like drinking your Pumpkin Pie in a glass! YUM!
2. Hot Cocoa (Soy, Fish, Nut, Wheat and Egg-Free). This could even be milk-free if you used a non-dairy milk like coconut milk, but I didn’t think of that at the time I originally posted it.
This is my all-time favorite hot cocoa recipe.
