Thank you so much for the invite, Cindy! I just linked up 3 recipes. Two are served with bread, but you can substitute that part!
The first recipe is my yummy Spinach & Dill Spread/dip…so good! The second one is Black-Eyed Peas sweet Corn Salsa, a family favorite! The third is my personal fav, and a favorite of all my girlfriends, Apricot Gorgonzola Cheese Spread…THE BEST!!! Whenever I have a girls’ night/weekend, this is what I HAVE to bring!
