Perfect, I can’t wait to read your recipes! Especially your 1 ingredient sweetener!
I shared 1 recipe this week, which I think you will enjoy since you’re a coffee drinker, Cindy. It’s for Caramel Mocha (Soy, Egg, Wheat, Nut and Fish-Free, Can Be Milk-Free and Diabetic Friendly). It can even be adapted to be just a Caramel Cocoa for non-coffee lovers.
I hope you all enjoy it!
Thanks for hosting, and have a lovely weekend!
I do love my coffee!! You know I actually had to stop drinking it for a while, it was giving me glutened symptoms but after 3 months off. All seems to be well. Phew! Can’t wait to check out those recipes!

Hi Cindy! Thanks for another great link up
This week I’m sharing a recipe for healthy (gasp, yes, that’s right) Banana Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins that are GF and DF. I’m trying to bake more responsibly for my kids (and, um, me) so this is a start. Looking forward to perusing all the great recipes. Have a great weekend!

Thanks so much for featuring me! I am so excited. Do you have a button I can add to my post?
Hi Amy, sorry for the delay on responding the comment went into spam. The only button I currently have is on the side bar of the blog. However, in the neat future (few weeks) I will be making some new buttons such as “featured on” etc I’ll let you know. But you can add a Gluten Free Fridays button to the bottom of the post if you’d like.
Thank you for liking my recipe of coconut quinoa pilaf and hosting these linky parties. Tomorrow is our festival of “Lohri” and I thought to share an easy sweet that we make only with jaggery and sesame.
Oh, that sounds awesome! Thanks for linking up! I appreciate it!
