I just love a good pizza! My boys have been so into olives lately! So we used some awesome Gluten Free Better Batter Flour with this recipe and created a fun olive and spinach pizza!
Olive and Spinach Pizza – #glutenfree
- 1 batch of pizza dough
- tomato sauce
- 1 cup of mozz (dairy or non dairy)
- 1/2 cup of black olives
- 1/2 cup of green olives
- handful of fresh spinach
- Prepare your pizza dough per the linked recipe above.
- Spread tomato sauce on pizza dough, decorate with fresh spinach and olives.
- Then top with cheese.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
