Olive and Spinach Pizza – #glutenfree

I just love a good pizza!  My boys have been so into olives lately!  So we used some awesome Gluten Free Better Batter Flour with this recipe and created a fun olive and spinach pizza!

Olive and Spinach Pizza – #glutenfree

Ingredients

  • 1 batch of pizza dough
  • tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of mozz (dairy or non dairy)
  • 1/2 cup of black olives
  • 1/2 cup of green olives
  • handful of fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pizza dough per the linked recipe above.
  2. Spread tomato sauce on pizza dough, decorate with fresh spinach and olives.
  3. Then top with cheese.
  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!

  1. Great minds think alike! I’ve never tried Better Batter Flour before, but looks interesting. I just made pizza (on my blog) w/ goat cheese, mushrooms, spinach and onions. My kids like it simple though…tomato a sauce, mozzarella, and sliced black olives :-) . Happy pizza eating!

    • Happy Pizza eating my friend. Yes, my kids are the same….keep it simple mamma :) Just dough, sauce and cheese for them. :) The youngest might take some sliced olives here and there! Yes, I love Better Batter. It works well for me. Its also certified Vegan as well as its peanut/nut tree. The facility is dedicated, which is huge for us, especially dealing with peanut/tree allergies :)

    • HA, well the great thing about these pizzas is you can make then any size, so make individual pizzas and let your family decorate their own :)

  2. Thanks For all the Recipes , I’m a Vegetarian ……..and I’m trying by all means to Familiarize myself with vegan Foods …. My Fiancee Cooks Delicious Vegan Food ….. But I would like to Give her a Break Once we Married By Cooking Since I Know how difficult it is to Cook something that you never you will one day have to Cook , But I must Say She always takes My Breath away with her Cooking …… Plz keep on Posting …..
