If you are looking for an easy pasta recipe, try this one from Better Batter!  I use their All Purpose Gluten Free Flour!

I adapted this recipe from here.

  1. I am co-hosting the GYB hop today and wanted to stop by and say hello! I am now following your blog.

The pasta recipe looks great! I love a simple meal like this. I received a KA pasta maker for Christmas and I love it!

  2. This looks wonderful! I’ve been staying away from pasta and would like to find a healthy non-wheat substitute that tastes great. I guess I need to experiment with some gluten-free flour recipes. Thanks!

    • Thanks Kathy. Yes, I agree it would be great to find a wonderful gluten free sub for pasta. I have used quinoa before as well!
