Did somebody say Vegetarian Baked Beans? Looking for the ultimate addition to your backyard BBQ menu? Beans are a MUST!
There is just something about summer time that makes me want to have as many backyard BBQs as we can.
So basically a great excuse to get outside, cook delicious food and well enjoy the company of our family and friends!
I’ve created a delicious Vegetarian Baked Beans recipe to add to your backyard cookout menu plan! This is a great dish to take to a potluck or family gathering as well.
Oh yes and for the vegetarians in the group, don’t forget your tofu pups! Those are actually hotdogs made from tofu!
Before we get to the recipe, I want to share my annual summer hack or summer tip. This was something a friend told me a long time ago when my kids were very little.
Each summer they purchase disposable plates to use. This helps to cut down on time spent in the kitchen doing dishes, cleaning up and scrubbing those plates with messy sticky food on them.
It also gives you more time to spent with your family, outside of the kitchen.
It is a simple trick and I use it each summer. We use our Dixie Ultra® Disposable Plates for meals on the back porch, backyard cookouts and more! It makes my life easier!
Throughout the years, we have tried many plates! We have come to love the new stronger Dixie Ultra® with it’s reinforced rim. It can seriously handle our messy meals without bending and folding.
That is especially important when you are dealing with kids carrying plates around!
Just think, you can #NeverDoDishes again with these plates! Serve your friends and family messy meals with minimal clean up!
Now that I’ve talked about food and shown you so many yummy pictures of food, I bet you are hungry.
Maybe you are ready for the recipe?
I know I am ready to share it with you!
