This raw Apple Blueberry Salad is a fun salad that my mom and I created over our last Holiday. We had some ingredients, so we decided to create! We wanted to use whole foods and keep them in their natural state! This salad ended up being amazing and we make it all the time! Its perfect for picnics, get togethers and on the go!
This dish will work on your senses! It is sweet (apples), tart (lemon juice) crunchy (celery) and soft (blueberries).
Apple Blueberry Salad – #glutenfree #vegan #raw
- 2 apples diced (we used fuji)
- 2 stalks of celery diced
- 1 pint of blueberries
- juice of one lemon
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors come together.
