I have been loving eating more and more avocados lately. So I created a fun avocado salsa that works as a stand alone snack or it is perfect for topping your tacos, burritos or nachos!

Avocado Salsa - perfect for any time of the year!
- 3 roma tomatoes diced
- 2 avocados diced into bit sized pieces
- 1/2 c red onion diced
- Juice and zest of one lime
- 1/2 c cilantro diced
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl! Stir to combine.
- Let ingredients settle and rest for 15 minutes for the flavor to come together!
