Glad you enjoyed the Beyond Meat Meatloaf. Depending on the packaging, some have found the 16 ounces, but like many companies they are reducing the size too. Glad it worked out. If you need a recipe for the remainder, you could check out the Impossible Beef Stroganoff or the Meatballs recipes.

Best vegetarian meatloaf I ever made. Used Panko. Subbed Bob‘s Redmill egg replacer worked fine subbed maple syrup for the brown sugar. Didn’t work as well. Will use the brown sugar next time. Next time I will add the carrots and the mushrooms. I hope it’ll come out as well. By the way the beyond beef package was only 12 ounces so I had to buy two but I worked it out to be 16 ounces and froze the rest so it worked out.

Hi Ken,

Glad to hear you enjoy the meatloaf. If you are using your phone, you may need to click the print button to see the toggle for Cook Mode. I haven't checked it on a tablet, and may need to do the same as the phone. Also, I have a Meatless Roast beast recipe that you may wat to try.

Let me know if you still cannot find the toggle switch.

Love the recipe. However, I can't find a "keep the recipe" (the button that keeps the recipe from going dark. I do the meatloaf every other month or so.

Used the flax egg for this recipe and made it with slighly smaller measurements as it was just my husband and I, but omg this is such a good recipe. Made it like three times in the past week and a half! Definetly getting added to the rotation.

Hi Orest,

You may cook the meatloaf in either a conventional oven or an air fryer. The air fryer is just quicker with many recipes.

Just a heads up, looks like the Impossible Beef Stroganoff recipe ended up on this page, not the meatloaf! 🙂
