Canyon Bakehouse was started in 2007, when co-founder, Christi Skow, was diagnosed with Celiac disease. She, her husband, and their friend, a master baker, set out on a mission to make gluten free bread that had the taste and texture of traditional bread.
Canyon Bakehouse has 12 varieties of gluten free baked goods, including breads, buns, bagels, and brownie bites. Everything that I’ve tried from them has been delicious, and since all of their products are free of gluten, nuts, dairy, and soy, I can feel comfortable about serving their bread to my whole family.
