We took classic macaroni salad and give it a little twist! Just a little one!

This is simple to make, just like all our recipes. Literally we are talking about:

How about we talk specifics about this Classic Macaroni Salad! Get the recipe below!
- 12 oz of gluten-free pasta
- 1 c coconut oil mayo by Chosen Foods
- 3 T mustard
- ¾ c red onion, diced
- ½ c celery, diced
- ½ c bell pepper, diced
- Prepare your pasta per directions on the box. Once cooked run under cold water to cool. Put into large bowl.
- Place coconut oil mayo into bowl along with remaining ingredients.
- Stir to combine. Let chill for 30 minutes.
- Stir again and enjoy!
