Easy Fruit Salad with Mint recipe!
- 1 cup watermelon cubed
- 1 cup pineapple cubed
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries diced
- 1 cup grapes halved
- 1/4 cup fresh mint diced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- In a small bowl whisk together honey, lime juice and lime zest. Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine all remaining ingredients. Toss with lime mixture. ENJOY!
Easy Fruit Salad with Mint will last 1-2 days in the fridge.
