Grilled Vegetable Alfredo with Pasta is a delicious dish you can grill all year long! Fire up the grill, dinner will be ready soon!
This is SUCH an easy recipe but it is SO delicious! I mean that is our style….easy to make recipes that are delicious!
This one also has a cheat to make your dinner ready quicker! I”ll get to that in a moment!
I also dished about my new grill that I am over the moon about! I got a Silverbac!
The Silverbac is from the Grilla Grills family! It is a wood pellet grill that provides you with the option to smoke your food or grill your food. I am in love with the size of this grill It has a huge surface for cooking!
So why a smoker you ask? For a Vegetarian? Oh yes… Smoking requires you cooking your meal at a low temperature for a long time. So we are talking 250F for several hours. We are going to be experimenting with some smoking recipes!
Baking! Yes, you CAN bake on your Grilla Grill! It provides convection heat! I cannot wait to try this feature out! How cool is that?
The Grill cooks amazingly evenly through the use of wood pellets. These little wood pellets provide an amazing smell (I love bonfires and all things that smell like that) and provide a delicious flavor to your food.
For this Grilled Vegetable Alfredo, I am using some colorful and common vegetables.
Think: Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Asparagus and Onion
I preheated my grill to 400 degrees F. If you don’t have a temperature gauge, think medium/high heat.
Then I loaded those beautiful and colorful vegetables onto my grill!
I let the vegetables grill for 10 minutes, then I flipped them over. From here, you can cook until they are “done” to your liking. For me, I cooked about 10 minutes on each side.
I like my vegetables soft but still with a tiny crunch. 🙂
Okay, are you ready to learn my cheat? I used jarred Alfredo Sauce! If you find one that works for your dietary needs, use it!

- 12 oz jar of Alfredo or homemade sauce
- 12 oz of cooked gluten-free pasta
- 3 roma tomatoes, halved
- ¾ lb of asparagus, ends trimmed
- 2 bell peppers, quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- Preheat grill to 400 degrees F or to medium/high heat.
- Grilled veggies for 10 minutes on each side or until done.
- Combine with cooked pasta, toss with alfredo.
- SERVE and ENJOY!
