When it comes to Christmas time, I love to make peppermint treats. So naturally, we often make peppermint bark candy around the holidays!

I love that you can make this peppermint bark recipe last minute or you can prep it ahead of time. This easy peppermint bark can be made in minutes! The trouble will be trying not to eat it all in one setting!
Sometimes around the holidays, you need a quick sweet treat and this peppermint bark recipe is my go-to. It is super kid friendly that even your children can help you with this homemade peppermint bark recipe!
Pepperminut Bark Ingredients:
- Graham Crackers
- Chocolate
- Peppermint Candy Canes
See I told you that ingredient list was small! There are only three ingredients to our easy peppermint bark and chances are around the holidays you already have these items in your pantry!
Instructions for homemade peppermint bark:

Spread parchment paper on a lipped baking sheet.

Line up grahams on the cookie sheet on top of the parchment paper.

Unwrap candy canes and place into a baggie. Using a wooden rolling pin, smash the candy canes into little pieces.

Melt chocolate in a sauce pan over low heat. Stir continually until melted, then gently spread the melted chocolate on top of grams.

Top the chocolate layer with the smashed candy cane pieces.

Put the cookie sheet into the freezer or let it sit on the counter until the chocolate sets.

Once chocolate is set, break the bark into pieces and ENJOY!

- If you store your peppermint bark in the fridge, it should last 2-3 weeks.
- You can use MORE chocolate if you’d like your chocolate layer to be thicker!
