So I have been on a smoothie loving kick lately! I have been making them on Sundays and freezing them in individual containers until I need them during the week! Thanks Keeley McGuire for that great idea!
- 7 cups raw spinach
- 1 mango peeled and cored
- 1 avocado peeled and seed removed
- 1 T of No Nut Butter or seedbutter
- 2 cups strawberries hulled
- 1 container of strawberry yogurt I used So Delicious, vegan
Throw all this good stuff into a food processor or blender.
Mix away until blended!
Pour into 5 - 8 oz individual containers.
Freeze! Just pull out a jar the night before you want to use it!
