This is a festive and yummy mashed potato casserole is a dish that the entire family will love! It is great to take with to potlucks or family dinners! I adapted this recipe to be vegan, however the original recipe indicates that it works well with dairy products!
Mashed Potato Casserole – #glutenfree
- Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain potatoes; add in milk,butter and smoked paprika and mash.
- Heat oil in skillet and saute onion, red pepper and celery.
- Poor into lightly oiled baking dish.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
