I've been loving the drink recipes you've been posting lately! They are all super easy and super delicious! My husband has been into making matcha since quarantine, so we had the powder already. Some organic kind from amazon :) I made this with the thick coconut cream from the can instead of egg whites. I always keep a can in the fridge (you taught me that, ha!) So I was ready to go. I used my hand held mixer to help and it turned out great! Seriously easy! Oh, I used monk fruit sweetener too!
