Mix the pears and sugar together and place into an oiled slow cooker.
Whisk the cornstarch and juice from pears. Pour into slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix pancake mix, water, vanilla and cinnamon together. Spread on top of the pear mixture.
Cook on low for 4.5 hours. Top with whipped topping or ice cream and ENJOY!
This does reheat, but it is best the day you make it!
