  1. I made these last week and they were a hit! I’m going to make them again in just a few minutes. I did replace the egg with a flax egg (1T ground flax whisked with 3T water). I am going to try lowering the temp to 350 because 375 they came out a little dark last time. Thank you so much for the recipe!

    • 2 dozen 🙂 I just redid these photos today and need to get them up on the blog 🙂 Remember if you use SunButter it interacts with the baking soda and creates a green inside. That is totally okay! NOT mold, just a cool chemical interaction 🙂
