The St. Kitts Marriott Resort provided amazing accommodations for my family and I this fall, and I’m still amazed at how perfect our stay was.
Planning a trip to the Caribbean? Not sure where to stay? Well, let me tell you about the fabulous vacation I just had in St. Kitts. The St. Kitts Marriott Resort provided amazing accommodations for my family and I this fall, and I’m still amazed at how perfect our stay was.
This hotel had everything we needed, and more, right at our fingertips. This is the kind of hotel that you never have to leave if you don’t want to because they have so many amenities right on the property.
However, they are located steps from the Frigate Bay beach and near many restaurants, activities, and local culture, so you may be tempted to leave for a bit too.
We stayed in one of the resort’s two bedroom villas. With two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, a full kitchen, laundry room, and a balcony, there was so much room here you could hardly tell it was a hotel room.
Take a peak at our video!
I love having accommodations with a kitchen, because as a traveler with food restrictions, it’s often easier and safer for me to make my own breakfast or snacks. And even if I don’t need to, it’s nice to know that I have the option to.
Having two bedrooms was really nice on this trip because we were traveling with our sons. They got their own room, and we got our own room. Everyone could have as much privacy as they wanted.
Maybe the best part about this villa was the master bathroom. Here we enjoyed his and hers sinks, a glass enclosed shower, separate bathtub with jets, and a bidet. Definitely one of the best appointed bathrooms I’ve used lately!
Everything about our villa felt luxurious, comfortable, and like it was designed to make our vacation simple, by offering every possible comfort of home.
While I could have spent the whole vacation in the villa enjoying the fabulous balcony or the comfy beds, I’m glad I didn’t, because the St. Kitts Marriott Resort offers a large variety of things to do and see.
There is even a casino on site!
The on-site Royal Beach casino is one of the largest in the Caribbean at 35,000 square feet. You’ll find the casino in the lobby of the resort and can spend time playing your luck or make a reservation for the Sky Ultra Lounge, a luxury bar above the casino with happy hour specials daily.
You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design of the casino into the hotel, it all fits together perfectly surrounded by the ocean and the mountain views.
Another thing that the St. Kitts Marriott resort does very well is it’s Spa. The Emerald Mist Spa is a full service spa that can pamper you in most any imaginable way during your stay. Not into spa services? You can still relax in the steam rooms and whirlpools for a small fee.
Be sure to check out the spa AND golf!
To round out the resort experience, the St. Kitts Marriott has a full 18 hole golf course on site. The course is complete with a driving range, pro shop, clubhouse, restaurant, and more. Golf lessons are available. There is also rental equipment so you don’t have to travel with your clubs if you don’t want to.
There is so much to do at this resort! Of course you can go to the beach, but there are also 3 outdoor pools, 8 restaurants ranging from casual to formal dining, a fitness center (with free spin, yoga, and aerobics classes), and activities like jet-skiing, horseback riding, volleyball, tennis, and snorkeling, just to name a few.
I was so impressed by this resort, and all of its amenities. Customer service was impeccable too. I am happy to recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and exciting Caribbean getaway. For more information about this hotel, please visit here.
