Hello Elizabeth!  Yes, the monkfruit will make a big difference, we have had not much luck at all when using it in recipes. We have found lots of fails before we find the right amount when using monkfruit in recipes.  So we typically avoid it in the recipes on the site because of the problems it causes our readers. 					<description><![CDATA[I am made this twice now using the Whole Foods 365 Erythritol &#038; Monkfruit.  It doesn&#039;t look syrupy lilke the picture you show for your recipe.  I used the organic Pumpkin puree.  Each time mine came out more like a thick milky mixture that definitely seperates quickly after it is done cooking.  Am I doing something wrong?  Would the Monfruit really make that big a difference?]]></description>
