Sweet corn with chilies is the perfect blend of sweet with a little kick. The Serrano chilies in this recipe give the sweet corn a touch of heat. - 1 bag of frozen sweet corn
- 1 Serrano Chile diced and seeded
- 1/4 c shaved parm cheese
- 1 T fresh oregano diced
- 1/2 T olive oil
- Cook the sweet corn according to package and let cool.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
