For this particular Thai Inspired Creamy Coleslaw you can use any type of “butter” you like.
You get the picture, right? Whatever fits YOUR dietary needs, go for it!

- 5 cups slaw
- ½ c butter (SunButter, etc)
- ½ c mayo
- 2 T Bragg's Amino (or gf soy sauce)
- 2 T honey
- 1 t sriracha
- 1 t fresh ginger, grated
- ½ c green onions, diced
- 2 T fresh cilantro
- In a medium bowl, combine "butter", mayo, Bragg's, honey, sriracha and ginger. Stir to combine
- Pour dressing over coleslaw, then add in green onions and cilantro.
- Stir to combine.
- Chill and enjoy!
