Baked Beans

Corn Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Saute the onion and bell pepper until soft.
  3. Mix in the rest of the 'baked beans' ingredients (through cinnamon) and simmer for 12 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and sugar. Next, add 'milk'.
  5. Grease a casserole dish, spread the baked beans mixture and top it with the cornbread mixture.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until golden.
  7. Enjoy.
