Ingredients

  • 1 Gluten Free Pasta
  • 1.5 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1 cup of corn frozen or fresh
  • 1 can of black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 T of chili powder
  • 1/4 t cumin

Instructions

  • Cook pasta per directions on box, drain and set aside.
  • Heat 1 T of oil in pan, saute onion.
  • When onion is soft, add salsa, corn, beans and spices. Stir and heat.
  • Combine "sauce" with cooked pasta.
  • Serve and ENJOY!
