Nothing beats a bowl of good oatmeal. Oats are an excellent source of fiber, B vitamins and iron. There are quick-cooking gluten-free varieties available on the market, which makes oatmeal an excellent choice for busy lifestyles!
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat. Stir in oats until combined. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for about 7 minutes or until desired consistency.
Stir in maple syrup and cinnamon.
Divide evenly among individual serving bowls. Fold in raspberries.
