Easy Roasted Strawberry Shake - Single Serve Dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 c sliced strawberries
  • 2 T sugar
  • 4 scoops frozen dessert by So Delicious (Vanilla Bean)
  • additional strawberries to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.
  • On a rimmed baking sheet, lay out strawberries and top with 2 T sugar.
  • Roast for 10 minutes.
  • Remove strawberries from oven and blend in a blender until smooth.
  • Add in 3 scoops of Vanilla Bean frozen dessert and blend again.
  • Once smooth, pour into a glass, garnish with a strawberry.
  • ENJOY!
