  • In a stock pot over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add in the onions and bell peppers. Saute until soft.
  • Stir in chili powder, salsa, vegetable broth, beans, corn and taco sauce.
  • Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Top with topping and ENJOY!
