Brownie Bombs

Brownie Bombs are just a fun and fancy name for chocolate covered brownie bites. These little guys will explode with chocolatey flavor when you eat them!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Enjoy Life Foods Brownie Mix plus ingredients needed as listed on the box
  • 1/2 c of Enjoy Life Foods Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 T Dairy-Free Butter
  • 1 T heaping size of Creamy SunFlower Seed Butter
  • Optional: Powdered Sugar Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Prepare brownies per the directions on box. Bake, set aside to cool.
  • While brownies are cooling, in a small sauce pan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sunflower seed spread and butter. Stir until melted.
  • Take cooled brownies and rolls into 1 inch balls. Simply grab some baked brownie and roll gently between your hands into a ball shape.
  • Using a slotted spoon, dip brownie balls into chocolate to coat. Set on parchment paper to harden.
  • Once all brownie bombs are coated with chocolate, add optional toppings if desired.
  • Place in fridge to help harden. (approx 30 minutes)
  • ENJOY!
