SunButter Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 cups milk dairy or non-dairy
  • cup gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ t salt
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup Creamy SunButter
  • 1/4 dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine milk, gluten-free old fashioned oats, salt, sugar, mashed banana and SunButter.
  • Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes or until you find your desired consistency. You will need to stir often to blend ingredients and to avoid the oatmeal sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  • Divide mixture into 4 bowls. Top with freshly cut banana slices (optional) and chocolate chips!
  • ENJOY!
