This Easy Spanish Rice dish is not only delicious the first night but makes for a great lunch the next day! This dish is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients into a prepared casserole bowl, except cilantro. Mix well.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until warm.
  • Serve topped with fresh cilantro!
  • ENJOY!
