Sweet Purple Coleslaw - add a splash of color to your table

  • 1/2 head of red cabbage approx 2 cups shredded
  • 1 large carrot shredded
  • 1/4 c Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 c Mayo I used Vegan Mayo
  • 1-2 T sugar to taste or 1/2 T Maple Syrup


  1. Shred or dice cabbage and carrot.
  2. Please all ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  3. Sample to test for sweetness. Adjust sweet factor if needed.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. ENJOY!
