Easy Spanish Rice
This Easy Spanish Rice dish is not only delicious the first night but makes for a great lunch the next day! This dish is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.
Servings 4 people
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- cilantro for garnish
Mix all ingredients into a prepared casserole bowl, except cilantro. Mix well.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until warm.
Serve topped with fresh cilantro!
