  • 12 ears sweet corn
  • 2 T oil

  • Remove the husks and silk from your sweet corn. Gently rub the ears of corn with oil.

  • When the smoker has reached that temperature, place the corn directly onto the smoker grate. Smoke for 45 minutes or until corn is tender. Enjoy!

Tips for smoked corn on the cob

  • To get a really great smoke flavor, you’re going to want to make certain that you do a few things.
  • Use good quality wood chips that get good ratings. Don’t skimp here as this is where all the smoke taste comes from.
  • Soaking Corn: I feel you do not need to do this but if that you used to it, it will not hurt anything.
  • Also, I really like to use olive oil for the perfect cook on my corn on the cob. I think it adds a nice flavor and consistency that tends to work really well in the smoker.
