Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chickpeas cooked
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • ½ cup fresh dill
  • ½ cup scallions diced
  • ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup carrots diced
  • ½ cup pickles chopped

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir until combined.

Notes

Serve on bread with tomato and lettuce or plain with salt and pepper.
