  • Dice day-old vegan bread into cubes and put in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add oil to the bowl and stir well until all cubes are coated with oil.
  • Add salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning and stir.
  • Pour vegan bread cubes onto a lipped baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crunchy. The vegan croutons will crisp up more as they cool.
