  • Mix together all dry ingredients.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir to combine until no lumps remain.
  • Fold in chocolate chips until just combined.
  • Pour batter into ceramic coffee mugs or ramekins. Microwave for 65 seconds. To use an oven, preheat to 180 degrees F and bake about 15 minutes.
  • Let set 3 to 5 minutes before eating.
