  • 1 egg white
  • 1 T Sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, sugar, etc), divided
  • 1 t Matcha Powder divided
  • 1 c coconut milk (or milk of choice)


  • In a small mixing bowl, use a hand beater to whip egg white until frothy and almost stiff.
  • Add in ½ tablespoon of sweetener, then continue beating until stiff peaks have formed.
  • Sift in half a teaspoon of matcha powder into egg white mixture. Use a whisk to thoroughly combine.
  • Fill a glass with milk, then sift other ½ teaspoon of matcha powder into the milk. Add other ½ tablespoon of sweetener and stir to combine. Use a spatula to top matcha milk with whipped matcha mixture.
