In a small mixing bowl, use a hand beater to whip egg white until frothy and almost stiff.
Add in ½ tablespoon of sweetener, then continue beating until stiff peaks have formed.
Sift in half a teaspoon of matcha powder into egg white mixture. Use a whisk to thoroughly combine.
Fill a glass with milk, then sift other ½ teaspoon of matcha powder into the milk. Add other ½ tablespoon of sweetener and stir to combine. Use a spatula to top matcha milk with whipped matcha mixture.
