Replace the air fryer basket of the Ninja Foodi multicooker with the metal trivet insert and pour in two cups of water.
Gently place the eggs on the trivet and cover with the pressure lid. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Allow the Ninja Foodi to naturally release for 5 minutes. Then manually release the rest of the pressure from the Foodi.
Carefully remove the eggs from the pressure cooker and place them in a large bowl filled with ice water. Let sit in the ice water for 10 minutes before peeling.
Notes
You may be able to handle and peel the eggs after 5 minutes in the ice bath, but I find that 10 minutes makes them easiest to peel and all the way cold.
To peel, hold each egg under cold running water and gently squeeze. The shells should peel off easily.
Store cooked hard-boiled eggs in the refrigerator. You may store them unpeeled, or peeled, in an airtight container.
