Add the mayo, sriracha, honey, lime juice, tamari and salt to a mixing bowl.

Serve right away or refrigerate for later use. Tastes great as a dipping sauce with french fries, slathered on a veggie burger, a topping for tacos, and so much more!
As written, this sauce is sweet and spicy. It has a bit of a kick, but is not overpowering. If you do not like spice, you can use ¼ cup of sriracha instead.
This sauce is on the thinner side, perfect for dipping and as a topping for sandwiches. If you like it thicker, you can refrigerate it to thicken or you can add ½ cup additional mayo.
If you are gluten-free, be sure to use tamari sauce instead of soy sauce. The tamari adds some depth of flavor to the sauce. You can also use coconut aminos or liquid aminos if you prefer.
If you don’t have lime juice, you can also use lemon juice.
