Great question! I thought there wasn&#039;t really a need. Then I tried the press.  For me it takes a HUGE difference.  For me, it cooks so much better with less liquid in it. It cooks faster and the texture is better. I also noticed that it does taste better. I also noticed that it seems to absorb flavors better when pressed if I use a marinade :)]]></description>
