Ingredients

cups
raw spinach

mango
peeled and cored
1
avocado
peeled and seed removed
1
T
of No Nut Butter
or seedbutter
2
cups
strawberries
hulled
1
container of strawberry yogurt
I used So Delicious, vegan
Instructions
Throw all this good stuff into a food processor or blender.
Mix away until blended!
Pour into 5 - 8 oz individual containers.
Freeze! Just pull out a jar the night before you want to use it!
ENJOY!
